Titanium Enhanced Extreme Materials Carbide Teeth Blades

For use in wood, screws, nails, cement board, plaster, and other cutting applications, the OPEN-LOK™ Titanium Enhanced Carbide Teeth Extreme Materials Blade is designed with a thinner blade and unique aggressive tooth design to offer faster cutting performance in wood when compared to the standard carbide blade. The Extreme Materials Carbide Teeth Blade lasts up to 50X longer than standard bi-metal blades and can be used in a wide range of materials. The blade is available in a 1-3/8” width.

Titanium Enhanced Extreme Metal Carbide Teeth Blade

For use in the most demanding metal cutting applications, the OPEN-LOK™ Titanium Enhanced Carbide Teeth Extreme Metal Blade lasts up to 50X longer than standard bi-metal blades. The Extreme Metal Blade is ideal for cutting screws, bolts, metal pipe, nails, and more. This blade is available in 1-3/8” width.

Titanium Enhanced Bi-Metal Multi-Material Blades

The OPEN-LOK™ Titanium Enhanced Bi-Metal Multi-Material Oscillating Multi-Tool Blades are made with premium high-speed steel and are enhanced with a titanium coating to deliver longer life. These Multi-Material Blades are ideal for cuts in wood, nails, PVC, and drywall. The blades are available in 3/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 2-1/2” and 3-1/2” widths.

Titanium Enhanced Bi-Metal Metal Blades

For better cutting performance in soft metals, the new multi-tool blade range features Universal Fit OPEN-LOK™ Titanium Enhanced Bi-Metal Metal Cutting Blades. These multi-tool blades are made with premium high-speed steel and are titanium enhanced for longer life. These blades feature a uniquely designed combination of tooth form and material to offer better cutting performance in soft metals, wood, nails, PVC, and drywall. The blades are available in 1-1/8” and 1-3/4” widths.

Japanese Tooth Hardwood Blades

For users that need more cut control in hardwood applications, the Universal Fit OPEN-LOK™ HCS Japanese Tooth PRO-CURVE™ Hardwood Oscillating Multi-Tool Blades are made from premium high carbon steel. The triple ground Japanese teeth with PRO-CURVE™ Technology deliver increased accuracy in hardwood applications and cut 2X faster than standard wood blades. While these blades are ideal for making precise cuts in hardwood, they can also be used in soft woods, PVC, drywall, and other soft materials. The blades are available in 1-3/8” and 2-1/2” widths.

Wood Blades

When cutting into wood, PVC, drywall, and other soft materials, the Oscillating Multi-Tool HCS Wood Blades utilize premium, high-carbon steel with edge-ground teeth to provide users with optimal cutting performance. These multi-tool blades are designed with a longer blade body and an aggressive tooth form to deliver faster cuts than Milwaukee’s previous generation of wood multi-tool blades. The blades are available in 1-3/8”, 2-1/2” & 3-1/2” widths.
